Only items with confirmed stock availability can be purchased through our mail order service.
“売り切れ” items can be special ordered から our stores. Please note that special 注文履歴 may take approximately 1 week.
We regret that we cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests. We are unable to expedite 送料 for urgent customer needs. Thank you for your understanding.
注文履歴 cannot be combined with shopping カート purchases. Please understand this in advance.
As with shopping カート注文履歴, すべて mail order inquiries are considered purchase commitments. Cancellations after order placement cannot be accepted, so please consider carefully before ordering. If we do not receive お問い合わせ or payment within 7 days of your order, it will be cancelled. If you become unreachable and your order is cancelled, we will refuse future mail order service. Please be aware of this policy.
