1. Guide for ordering through the shopping カート system

Please follow this process when placing an order through the shopping カート system:

  1. 選択 the items you would like to purchase by adding them to the shopping カート. Please be understanding that the stock is NOT held yet at this point. The stock is held when すべて ordering process is completed.
  2. Review the items inside your カート carefully since we can't accept to combine multiple 注文履歴 after an order completed, and then proceed with your 購入手続きへ.
  3. Fill in your 送料 information and other details. Please be aware to fill out correct/complete 送料 information because we can't take any responsibility for the 送料 trouble caused by incorrect/incomplete information.
  4. Please 選択 the payment method. *Bank deposit can NOT be available for 注文履歴 destined to outside of Japan.
  5. Carefully review your details before proceeding with your order. Please be sure that your address is complete (including your city, postal code and country).
  6. After submitting your order information, payment process will be requested. Please make the remittance according to the guidance.
  7. After completing your order, you will receive an automated メール. If you haven’t received an メール within 1 hour, please お問い合わせ our staff promptly.


A. について creating an アカウント.

While completing the shopping カート ordering process, you will be prompted to create an アカウント.
By creating an アカウント, your user data will be stored and can be filled automatically on your next order.
Also you can see your order status and order history at マイアカウント page.
Although creating an アカウント is not necessary to use our オンラインストア, we highly recommend it.

B. について address change.

We don't accept to change the 送料 address after submitting order except for unavoidable reason like moving.
For reservation items, please confirm the estimated arrival before completing order.
Changing から oversea to Japan or から Japan to oversea is NOT acceptable for any reason since tax rate and calculating method of 送料 and insurance fee are different.


2. について “在庫切れ” items

If you would like to inquire について stock information of items that appear as “在庫切れ”, please confirm the guidance here: https://store.babyssb.co.jp/en/pages/guide_outofstock
In case the requested item is 在庫あり on any of our physical stores, we can prepare it for you.
Keep in mind that we cannot accept mail 注文履歴 for the following

  • セール items
  • Reservation items
  • 在庫あり items

Please be understanding only Paypal is available for the "在庫切れ" items. Also please note that we cannot accept to combine with "在庫あり" items purchased through the shopping カート system.


3. について Canceling an order

Please consider carefully before submitting an order since no order cancellations will be accepted after completing order and payment.

Even after an order and payment are completed, an order will be automatically cancelled by the shopping カート system when it falls under the cases that we note on here.

4. お支払いについて

Payment for international users can be received through Paypal in Japanese yen.

If your registered name and your Paypal name are different, please be sure to leave a note on the comment section when you send us your payment with the following:
Order name, order メール address, and order number.


5. 配送について

1 order - 1 shipment basis.

Though reservation items can be combined with in-stocked items, please be aware that the 送料 will be after すべて items are arrived.
入荷ごとに分けて受け取りたい場合は、別々にご注文ください。
*Umbrellas and build-to-order series are NOT applied to combining with other items/reservation series.
1つのカートにまとめてご注文いただけますが、送料は発送回数に応じて自動で計算されます。

Regular sales items and reservation items, or, reservation items から several different series can not be shipped together.

送料はご注文の総重量に応じて自動計算されます。正確に計算するよう努めていますが、当店の見積もりと郵便局の実費との間に差が生じる場合がございます。

実重量が計算より重い場合でも追加料金はいただきません。また、実重量が軽い場合の差額返金もいたしかねます。ご不便をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承ください。

すべての商品はEMSにて発送いたします。通常お届けまで5〜14日ほどかかります。お届け先の国・地域の状況(クリスマスシーズン、祝日など)によって配送日数は大きく変動するため、配送日数につきましてはご了承くださいませ。

配送中に問題が発生した場合は、[email protected] までご連絡ください。お荷物の状況を確認し、対応いたします。

A. について custom duty.

お届け先の国によっては別途関税が発生する場合がございます。関税は国ごとに異なりますので、お近くの郵便局または税関にお問い合わせください。関税はお客様のご負担となります。

関税を理由とした返品はお受けできません。返送中にトラブルが発生することが多いためです。

関税未納のため荷物が返送された場合、以降の海外発送をお断りすることがあります。

B. インボイス(送り状)と商品申告価格について

送り状の申告価格を低く記載することはできかねますので、ご了承ください。 
これは紛失・破損時の補償を確保するためで、申告価格を下げると配送保険が無効になってしまうためです。


6. について Damaged items, Return and exchange

A. Damaged items

Please be sure to お問い合わせ our staff within 3 days after delivery in case you have encountered a problem or received a damaged item. Please be sure to include detailed pictures of the damage or problem.
未適用かつタグの付いた状態の商品のみ受付可能です。適用済みの商品は修理・交換の対象外となります。

破損品の場合、返送送料は当店で負担いたします。
破損状況により、修理または交換にて対応いたします。
修理期間は商品によって異なりますが、通常2〜3週間ほどかかります。

* We cannot accept claims for items that were not damaged on production, in other words, if the damage looks like it was made after the delivery was complete or by use, unfortunately we cannot return, amend or exchange an item.

B. 返品・交換

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the ordered item is erroneous or defective. Please be sure to お問い合わせ our staff within 3 days after delivery in case you have encountered a problem to the following メール: [email protected]. Our staff will answer with more information について the return process.

未適用かつタグの付いた状態の商品のみ受付可能です。適用済みの商品は返品・交換の対象外となります。

誤発送・破損品の場合、送料は当店で負担いたします。

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (i.e. if our customer doesn’t like the fit, or if the item is different that imagined, etc.). If the item is still to be returned regardless, we will ask our customer to please cover すべて 送料 fees back to our office. After we are able to check the contents of the package carefully, we will only refund the item cost.

Refund will be made after we receive returned package. 返金は返金日の為替レートに基づいて日本円で行います。お客様の現地通貨との為替レートについては、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

Also, because the custom fee is charged according to the policy of destined country, please be aware that we don't take any responsibility for it and we don't do any compensation in any case.

について seasonal Happy Packs

Please keep into consideration that the contents of each pack are random. For this reason, we cannot accept any claims について the contents of the pack or any returns or exchanges (i.e. another customer’s happy pack contents were better, the カラー/contents do not combine, or they are not what was expected, etc). If the item is still to be returned regardless, we will ask our customer to please cover すべて 送料 fees back to our offices.
If you receive any damaged goods inside your pack, please お問い合わせ to [email protected]. 返品・交換 will be handled as explained before.

Please remember our international offices remain closed on weekends and during national holidays, so any inquiries sent during those times might be delayed.
